Structure and Working Principle of Angle Valves

By rotating the handle, the position of the spool can be altered, thereby controlling the fluid on and off. The sealing washer is situated between the spool and the valve body, ensuring the valve’s sealing performance when closed.
Angle valves regulate the on-off and flow of fluid by rotating the spool. When the handle is rotated, the spool moves inside the valve body, controlling the internal passage opening and enabling fluid control.
Open the valve: The spool lifts and the medium flows along the passage.
Close the valve: The spool presses tightly against the cover, blocking the flow of medium.
Types of Angle Valves

Plug-type angle valve: Control the flow of water by rotating a plug on the valve stem to open or close the valve.
Ball-type angle valve: Use a rotating ball with a passage to control water flow, offering easy operation and good sealing.
